With the aim of strengthening synergy and collaboration within the nation’s strategic industries, Hamkar Gearbox Asia—a knowledge-based company—was honored to host a distinguished delegation on Thursday, October 8, 2026 (1405/07/16). The guests included representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade—specifically the Deputy Minister for General Industries, the Director General of the Office for Machinery and Equipment, the Director General for Alborz Province, and the Head of the Chaharbagh County Department—as well as the Chairman of the Board of Mobarakeh Steel Company (accompanied by the complex’s Procurement and Sourcing Manager and the Parts and Equipment Sourcing Manager) and the procurement and sourcing executives from Opal Parsian Company.

During this visit, which was attended by the company’s senior management, several key agenda items were addressed. The delegation first toured the factory to observe the production processes. This was followed by a specialized session focused on the challenges inherent in gearbox manufacturing. The participants then engaged in constructive dialogue regarding the resolution of existing obstacles—primarily concerning the importation of ultra-heavy machinery and related customs issues—which served as the central theme of the meeting.
